Omelettes
Ingredients:
- 2, or 3 eggs
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk
- Cruet (ie; salt & pepper)
- 2 tablespoons (roughly) of butter, or just oil
- Optional extras include cheese, or anything!
- 1 frying pan & 1 grill
Preparation:
- Whisk the eggs (easy with a fork)
- Add the beaten eggs to the milk
- Add cruet then pour into medium-heated grill
- Heat until it seems to be thickening
- This is a good time to add any optional extras!
- Transfer frying pan to under grill, not too far, so the handle doesn't melt. This is just to cook the top
- Once top is browning, transfer the frying pan back to the hob
- Heat for a little longer, before removing
- You may need to use a flat Spatula to remove from frying pan
- Serve & enjoy!
