NB: There are many different ways to use pasta, but basically it's just like rice or potatoes. It just needs boiling, or cooking in a liquid of some kind, & seasoning
As much pasta as you want
1 large saucepan
Plenty of boiling water - have the kettle ready!
Preparation:
Place the pasta into a pan then cover, excessively, with boiling water. Remember that the water will evaporate whilst boiling, don't let it go dry!
Add some salt & a splash of oil to stop it sticking
Simmer for between 5 & 15 minutes, depending on type of pasta, it should say on the packet
Taste to see when it's cooked
Remove water in sieve
Add required seasoning, usually cruet, &∕or.. whatever else you fancy! (Remember that Pasta can be eaten with just about anything)
