To Poach an egg
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 frying pan, half-full of water
Optional; spoon of vinegar or even lemon-juice!
Preparation:
Heat the water until just boiling
Break the egg into a saucer
Slide the broken egg into the center of the pan of water
Simmer gently until the white sets
Add required seasoning
Serve & enjoy
(Gorgeous over a slice of toast!)
